Where we are
Medler HMS runs in more than 500 healthcare facilities across India, managing over 100,000 patient records and more than 5,000 appointments a day. It covers 69+ features and 28+ specialty modules — from a dental odontogram to an oncology tumour board to Panchakarma planning — because a general-purpose form with a different label is not the same thing as a workflow built for how that specialty works.
A hospital system, though, is only one third of the problem. The patient needs their own history in their own hands, which is Medler Health. And the doctor needs support at the moment of the decision, which is Medler at medler.ai. Three products, one ecosystem, because that is how care actually flows.
Small clinics are live in 24 to 48 hours. Larger facilities take five to ten days, including migration and training. There is a 45-day free trial and it does not ask for a card.

Our AI drafts, surfaces and summarises. It does not diagnose and it does not prescribe. Every clinical decision belongs to a qualified human being who is accountable for it, and we build so that stays true.
India-first, not India-adapted
ABDM and ABHA, PMJAY package billing, AYUSH workflows, WhatsApp instead of email, ten-plus Indian languages, and pricing that a two-doctor clinic in Deesa can actually afford. Not a Western product with a rupee sign added.
The whole journey, not a slice
A patient does not experience "an EMR" and "a health app" and "a doctor tool". They experience getting better or not. So we built all three, and made them talk to each other.
Honest about what software can do
We promise time saved, revenue captured and records that are actually there when you need them. We do not promise better health outcomes, because that is the doctor’s work and it would be dishonest to claim it.
