Terms of Service

By using this website or any Medler product, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting them for a hospital, clinic or company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation. Enterprise customers may have a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where the two conflict.

Medler products are clinical decision-support and record-keeping tools. They assist a qualified professional; they do not replace one.

• The treating doctor remains solely and fully responsible for every clinical decision, diagnosis, prescription and note, regardless of what the software suggested.
• AI-generated content — differentials, protocols, dosing suggestions, drafted notes — must be reviewed by the clinician before it is acted on or saved.
• Medler Health is for personal health management and general information. It does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. If you are unwell, see a doctor. In an emergency, call emergency services.
• Access to the doctor AI at medler.ai is limited to verified, registered medical practitioners.

• You must give accurate registration details and keep them current.
• You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity under your account.
• Doctors must hold valid registration with the relevant medical council, and we may ask for proof.
• Do not share a login between people — clinical audit trails depend on accounts belonging to individuals.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Use the products for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of medical council or NHA regulations.
• Access records you are not clinically or administratively entitled to see.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell or copy the software or its data without written permission.
• Upload malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Represent AI output as an independent medical opinion.

• Medler HMS is offered with a 45-day free trial that does not require a credit card. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
• The doctor AI at medler.ai operates on Medler Credits. Signing up is free; credits are purchased and consumed as you use the service.
• Fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes unless said otherwise. GST applies at the prevailing rate.
• Subscriptions renew for the stated term unless cancelled before renewal.
• Credits and paid subscription periods already consumed are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain ownership of the clinical and business data you put into our products. We process it as described in our privacy policy and, for facilities, under the data processing terms of your agreement. On termination you may export your data; we will retain it only as long as law or that agreement requires.

We work to keep the service available and target high uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is notified in advance where practical. Availability commitments for enterprise customers, if any, are set out in their agreement.

Some features depend on third parties — WhatsApp through the Meta Business API, ABDM infrastructure, payment gateways, wearable platforms and app stores. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and their terms apply to your use of those parts.

The software, brand, design and documentation remain the property of Medler AI Private Limited. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the products for the term of your subscription, and nothing more.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data caused by factors outside our reasonable control. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here transfers clinical responsibility away from the treating professional.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or activity that puts patient data or our systems at risk. You may cancel at any time in line with your subscription terms. We will give you a reasonable window to export your data.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
